How does the booking process work?

We will get back with you to let you know if we are available for your date and time and will get further details if needed from you about the appearance. We will then email you the invoice to collect the booking deposit which is paid online. Once we receive the payment confirmation, your appearance will go on our calendar and your booking is complete! We will then follow up with you the day before the party date to re-confirm.

Please note that we often receive inquiries for same date/time/character and while we strive to work on a first come first serve basis, a time slot is not reserved until the booking deposit has been placed to hold it. (no exceptions) We book party appearances daily.
